DataCentersRelocation

Enterprise IT infrastructure migration

Data center relocation planned like an engineering program

Secure, compliant, fully managed relocation and migration for enterprises, regulated industries, and colocation operators. We move production infrastructure with rollback paths, documented chain of custody, and a plan for zero-downtime cutover — with domestic and international shipping handled end to end.

We reply to every inquiry — typically within one business day.

What we do

Fully managed infrastructure moves, end to end

One accountable team from discovery through cutover — so dependencies, sequencing, and risk are owned in one place.

Data center relocation

Full-facility moves and consolidations, sequenced to protect production systems with tested rollback paths.

Rack & stack

De-rack, transport, and re-rack of servers, storage, and network gear with labeled, documented handling.

Network & colocation migration

Cutovers between facilities and colocation providers, with cabling, IP, and connectivity planned in advance.

Secure asset transport

Insured, chain-of-custody transport for sensitive and regulated hardware, tracked end to end.

Decommissioning

Structured teardown, media handling, and disposition documentation for retired infrastructure.

Migration planning

Discovery, dependency mapping, and phased runbooks so every cutover has an owner and a checkpoint.

Domestic & international shipping

Coordinated freight for equipment moves across the country or across borders, with customs paperwork and insured, tracked handling.

Where we move you

Domestic & International Data Center Relocation

The same planning discipline, chain of custody, and documentation standard whether the destination is across the state or across an ocean.

Domestic relocation

  • Coast-to-coast moves across all 48 contiguous states
  • Dedicated air-ride, climate-controlled trucks
  • Team drivers for time-critical moves
  • Exclusive-use shipments — no co-loading
  • GPS tracking and sealed chain of custody
  • Colocation-to-colocation, on-prem to colo, and data center consolidations

International relocation

  • Cross-border and overseas relocations — USA to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, and more
  • Export documentation and commercial invoices coordinated with licensed customs brokers
  • Air freight for urgent moves, ocean freight for large consolidations
  • Export-grade crating and anti-static packaging
  • Destination de-crating, re-racking, and power-on support

How an international move works

  1. Step 1

    Assessment & export planning

  2. Step 2

    Crating & documentation

  3. Step 3

    Air/ocean transit with tracking

  4. Step 4

    Customs clearance & re-install

How we work

A phased program, not a household move

We plan like an engineering program: dependencies mapped, cutovers staged, and a rollback path ready before anything leaves the rack.

  1. Discovery & dependency mapping

We inventory hardware, applications, and interdependencies so nothing moves before its dependencies are understood.

  2. Runbook & rollback planning

Every phase gets a sequenced runbook with checkpoints, owners, and a documented rollback path.

  3. Staged cutover

We migrate in phases, validating each stage against acceptance criteria before proceeding to the next.

  4. Verification & handover

Post-move validation, audit-grade documentation, and a clean handover to your operations team.

Compliance posture

Built for regulated environments

We align our processes with the frameworks our clients answer to, so a move never becomes a compliance gap.

HIPAA-aware handling

Procedures designed for environments with protected health information, including access control and documented handling.

SOC 2-aligned processes

Operational controls modeled on SOC 2 principles for security, availability, and confidentiality.

Chain of custody

Every asset is tracked from de-rack to re-rack, with custody recorded at each transfer.

Audit-grade documentation

Runbooks, asset logs, and verification records you can hand to auditors and stakeholders.

Note: References to HIPAA and SOC 2 describe our operational practices and process alignment. They are not a claim of certification. We are glad to walk your security and compliance teams through our controls during procurement.

How we'd scope common programs

The scenarios below illustrate how we plan and sequence work. They describe our methodology, not specific client engagements. We're happy to provide references during procurement.

Healthcare

Hospital data center consolidation

How we would sequence a move of clinical systems into a new facility with HIPAA-aware handling and staged, after-hours cutovers.

Financial services

Regulated colocation migration

A sample approach for migrating trading and back-office infrastructure between colocation providers with documented chain of custody.

Enterprise

Multi-site consolidation

How we would combine several regional server rooms into a single facility using dependency mapping and phased runbooks.

Where we work

Nationwide coverage across 48 contiguous states

We run relocations across the continental United States, with active programs in major data center and colocation markets.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle international data center relocations?
Yes. We coordinate cross-border and overseas moves — USA to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, and other destinations — including export documentation, commercial invoices, and coordination with licensed customs brokers, air or ocean freight, export-grade crating, and destination re-racking and power-on support.
How long does a domestic data center move take?
Timelines depend on facility size, equipment count, and how cutover windows are sequenced. During discovery we map every dependency and share a phased schedule with rollback paths before any hardware is unracked, so you know the target timeline going in.
How do you protect equipment during overseas shipping?
Equipment is packed in export-grade crating with anti-static packaging, tracked in transit, and moved under a sealed chain of custody. On arrival, our team handles de-crating, re-racking, and power-on support so systems come back online in the same condition they shipped.
